Psychologist and Individual Somatic Couples Psychotherapist, and her experience as a Woman. The first, a novelistic and fictionalized version, follows the course of psychotherapy sessions with several couples, their complaints, requests and suffering, as well as their path and evolution, including that of the Psychotherapist Laura herself, who accompanies them. Many caregivers, psychologists, psychotherapists and even the curious struggle with the ideas of healing, mental health and rapid improvements. Many promise quick tools and protocols to reduce suffering and pain, when we cannot suppress the latter because it is inherent to life. In fact, we cannot provide answers to pain; we can only work with it, modulate it and alleviate it.
