This excellent training combines the contemporary integrative psychotherapy with the deep somatic approach, centered on the body, listening, presence and human experience. A relational, clinical and transformative proposal — with joint certification and a faculty with specialists from both institutions.

Certification and Accreditation
At the end of the course, trainees receive double international certification awarded by the two organizing entities:
• Mentara (Lisbon)
• Besai Center (Barcelona)
The training meets the requirements for application to:
• European Certificate in Psychotherapy (ECP)
• World Certificate in Psychotherapy (WCPC)
These recognitions expand the possibilities for professional activity at European and international level.

Maria Del Mar
Maria del Mar is a renowned specialist in Somatic Psychotherapy, with extensive clinical and academic experience.
She is the founder and director of Mentara (formerly CPSB), Pedagogical Coordinator and is part of the Board of the International Course of Somatic Psychotherapy. She is a Clinical Psychologist, Somatic Psychotherapist, Marital Psychotherapist, Naturopath, Homeopath. A pioneer and visionary in the area of integral health of the human being.
His vision and leadership have impacted the lifestyle and happiness of thousands of people, with transformative repercussions for future generations.
Maria Beltran
Psychologist and psychotherapist humanist integrator, graduated from the University of Barcelona (1998), with a long career dedicated to individual and couples psychotherapy, university teaching and professional training.
With specializations in Dance Therapy, Biosynthesis, NLP, somatic psychotherapy and epigenetics, she has been working since 2002 in various clinical and academic contexts.
Co-director of the Centre Besai, professor at the Erich Fromm Institute and collaborator in courses on education in human values, she understands psychotherapy as a profound encounter between human beings.
Her practice is born from her love of life, from the inspiration she received from teachers, family and patients, and from the desire to accompany paths of personal transformation. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Humanist Integrative Psychotherapy and the Association of Education in Human Values, and a psychotherapist accredited by FEAP.

No. Retreats (once a year) must be held in person.
