On September 21, 2025, Mentara participated in a clean-up campaign on São Lourenço Beach, in Ericeira, in partnership with the ALP Movement – Help Clean the Beach (@ajudealimparapraia).

Between 3 pm and 5 pm, dozens of people – including children, young people and adults – gathered with a common goal: to care for nature and raise awareness of the importance of environmental preservation.

The result was inspiring:
– More than 18 kilos of trash removed from the beach in just two hours.
– A moment of conviviality and collective awareness, which demonstrated how small gestures can have a big impact.

For Mentara, participating in initiatives of this kind is also a reflection of its mission: to promote comprehensive health and awareness, not only on an individual level, but also on a collective and environmental level.
