What to expect
from Mentara Training.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. Open classes have limited seats — registration closes 24 hours before the class begins, or sooner if the class is full.

What if I cannot attend live?

Open classes are recorded. Registered participants receive a private link to the recording within 48 hours of the live session.

Will I receive a certificate?

Mentara is a DGERT-certified training centre and EAP-accredited (European Association for Psychotherapy). Participants who attend the full class receive a certificate of attendance.

Is this class suitable for non-therapists?

Yes — this open class is designed as an introduction. It welcomes both healthcare professionals and anyone curious about somatic approaches to emotional well-being.

vocational training

The training is provided by Mentara, ensuring compliance with the quality standards required for vocational training in Portugal.

At the end of the course, participants who meet the assessment and attendance criteria receive a nationally recognized Vocational Training Certificate.
