Regarding training

Description

This workshop offers a theoretical and experiential introduction to conscious breathing techniques (pranayama) and their complementary use within psychotherapy. The course proposes an integrated view between contemplative tradition and contemporary clinical practice, exploring how breathwork can enhance emotional regulation, foster therapeutic presence, and support self-reflection processes in clients. Throughout the course, fundamental principles of conscious breathing, the psychophysiological effects of pranayama, and different ways to integrate these techniques into individual or group sessions will be addressed. The aim is for the therapist to develop their own experience (before transmitting it to clients), creating a more grounded, sensitive, and congruent mode of intervention.
