Center Besai
A shared path to training in Integrative Somatosensory Psychotherapy. Mentara (Portugal) and the Besai Center (Barcelona) have joined forces based on a deep affinity of vision, practice, and values.
This collaboration resulted in the Dual Specialization in Somatosensory Psychotherapy — a program with shared certification that integrates somatic bodywork and contemporary integrative psychotherapy. Access to the ECP (European Certificate in Psychotherapy) and WCPC (Worldwide Certificate in Psychotherapy).
In-person training one weekend per month, with teachers from both schools — a truly international and relational experience.

In partnership with the Acreditar Association, we bring music therapy to children and young people in an oncology hospital setting — a work of closeness, care and presence in profoundly vulnerable moments.
Music as a language of regulation and healing, alongside families and clinical teams that support children undergoing cancer treatment.
IASC · Body Systemic Therapy
In partnership with IASC, Mentara invites you to participate in a training project aimed at expanding awareness and deepening therapeutic practice.
The Systemic Body Therapy Training, led by Fernando Freitas, proposes an integrative approach that unites body, emotion, and relational system — with DGERT certification.
