The customer has the right to cancel the course registration.
MARIA DEL MAR – PSICOLOGIA CLÍNICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA. will refund the full amount paid for the course if the cancellation occurs up to 5 working days before the start of the training course. In any other case, there is no right to any type of refund.
Withdrawal from a course after it has started does not grant the trainee the right to attend that same course in future editions, nor any other course in the training plan, and always implies a new registration. Withdrawals must be communicated by email or telephone. In the event of withdrawal, there is no right to any type of refund.
Failure to pay for the course within the defined deadline implies cancellation of the registration, not granting the right to a refund of any amounts previously paid.
Conflicts arising from relationships established between Clients and Users must be reported to MARIA DEL MAR – PSICOLOGIA CLÍNICA, UNIPESSOAL LDA.
The use of the website by Customers and Users is free of charge.

The client has the right to complain. Complaints can be made in writing and addressed to the Training Manager.
Complaints are handled by analyzing the situation, finding the causes that gave rise to the complaint, as well as those directly responsible, and then taking the corrective measures deemed appropriate to correct the situation or prevent similar situations in the future.
The complaint is processed within a maximum period of 10 working days and the decision is communicated to the customer using the same means used to submit the complaint.
The customer reserves the right to contest the decision by reopening the complaint. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the response will be considered accepted and the complaint will be archived for further statistical processing.
In the event of a dispute, we inform you that the consumer can resort to the Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entities identified on the consumer portal.
By accepting these terms and conditions, customers accept that the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon is competent to resolve any disputes that may arise, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
