The body has been taking on a role central in contemporary approaches to psychotherapy.

Especially in working with emotional regulation, trauma, and mind-body integration. Somatic psychotherapy recognizes that emotional and relational experiences are also stored and expressed in the body, influencing patterns of regulation, stress response, and psychological organization.

This course offers a structured approach to integrating the body into psychotherapeutic practice, focusing on complex clinical settings. It combines theoretical foundations with experiential practices that allow the therapist to develop somatic sensitivity and apply clinical tools directly in intervention contexts.
