More than theoretical framework:
a structuring basis for practice.

Despite the growing recognition of the importance of the body in psychotherapy, many professionals still find it difficult to translate this knowledge into practice. concrete clinical intervention.

Mind-body integration requires more than just a theoretical framework: it demands the development of somatic sensitivity, the ability to read the body, and practical tools that can be safely applied in session.

This course was designed as a structural base For this integration, providing a progressive formative experience that articulates theoretical understanding with experiential practice, allowing the therapist to incorporate the body consistently and intentionally into the therapeutic process.
