From the theoretical understanding
to practical application.

Trauma is one of the most relevant and transformative areas of contemporary psychology, psychotherapy, and neuroscience. Today we know that many emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties result not only from the events experienced, but also from how the nervous system registered and integrated them.

In this training, we will explore trauma from an integrative perspective, articulating the contributions of neuroscience, psychology, nervous system regulation, and the spiritual dimension of human experience.

Throughout the course, participants will understand how trauma affects the brain, body, emotions, relationships, and identity, as well as learn strategies and approaches that promote safety, integration, and post-traumatic growth.

The training program proposes a profound reflection on the human condition, recognizing that recovery does not occur solely through cognitive understanding of events, but also through the reconstruction of the relationship with oneself, with others, and with that which gives meaning to existence.

Aimed at professionals in the fields of health, education, social intervention, human development, and therapeutic support, this training offers an updated, scientific, and integrative perspective on trauma and possible paths to transformation.
