On September 21, 2025, Mentara took part in a clean-up of São Lourenço Beach, in Ericeira, in partnership with the ALP Movement – Ajude a Limpar a Praia (Help Clean the Beach) (@ajudealimparapraia).

Between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., dozens of people – children, young people and adults – came together with a common goal: to care for nature and raise awareness of the importance of protecting the environment.

The result was inspiring:
– More than 18 kilos of litter removed from the beach in just two hours.
– A moment of togetherness and collective awareness, which showed how small gestures can have a big impact.

For Mentara, taking part in initiatives like this also reflects its mission: to promote integral health and awareness, not only on an individual level but also on a collective and environmental one.

This action was more than a symbolic gesture: it was a reminder that transformation begins in each of us.
