On November 7, 8 and 9, 2025, we took part in the 11th Mentara Institutional Meeting, a weekend full of sharing, reflection and reunion that will go down in our community's history.

For the first time, the meeting took place at Mentara's new premises, in Lisbon — a space that symbolizes not only physical growth but also a new cycle of presence, connection and human development.

This year's program was designed to offer more intimate and humanistic learning moments, with talks and workshops in two parallel rooms, bringing together teachers, students, psychotherapists and the whole team in an atmosphere of listening and connection.

One of the most memorable moments was the official opening of the new premises, celebrated with the traditional ribbon cutting, a symbol of the start of a new stage in Mentara's journey.

A simple but deeply symbolic gesture that represents our ongoing commitment to the growth, care and human connection that have sustained our project from the very beginning.

These were three days of inspiration, warmth and presence, which reinforced the essence of Mentara — a space where learning and caring go hand in hand.

With full hearts, we move forward together into this new phase, with the same mission as always: to promote personal development and emotional wellbeing, with humanity, ethics and genuine listening.
