The body has been taking on a role central in contemporary approaches to psychotherapy.

Somatic psychotherapy recognizes that emotional and relational experiences are also stored and expressed in the body, influencing patterns of regulation, stress response, and psychological organization.

This course offers a structured introduction to integrating the body into psychotherapeutic practice, combining theoretical foundations with experiential practices that allow the therapist to develop somatic sensitivity and apply clinical tools directly in an intervention context.
